Reading time: 1 minute<\/em><\/font><\/p>\n Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ recently completed extensive upgrades to wireless broadband capabilities and security across campus, including technology upgrades in all buildings and outdoor green spaces.<\/p>\n “This investment places Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ in the top 10 percent of wired campuses in the United States and that allows students to be connected to their learning at any time, any place, anywhere,” says President Mark Lombardi, PhD.<\/p>\n The installation of a comprehensive technology infrastructure is an important aspect of Ä¢¹½´«Ã½\u2019s new strategic plan, A New Century of Higher Education: Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ 2022. A central theme of the plan involves the creation of a campus-wide active learning ecosystem to engage students, faculty, staff and community partners around the world.<\/p>\n
